SAPPHO New Paradigm is an innovative Canadian-made, organic makeup line created by JoAnne Fowler, an Emmy-nominated makeup artist with a distinguished career spanning 30+ years in film/TV. Our mission is to create the cleanest, most transparent, and sustainable color cosmetics in the world. Formulated for performance while caring for the skin, our products are made with certified organic ingredients, and enriched with phytonutrients and antioxidants that nourish the skin. We proudly hold PFAS-tested and PETA-certified Vegan and Cruelty-Free certifications, setting the bar for clean beauty. Our commitment to sustainability shines through our use of low heavy metal ECOCERT® minerals and a carbon neutral facility for production in Canada. We extend our eco-conscious vision to our brushes, crafted from FSC-certified wood sourced from renewable materials in Asia. Since 2022 SAPPHO has taken strides in surpassing clean beauty standards by extensively testing all our products for PFAS (forever chemicals). We’re also working on refillable options and recently launched our best-selling water-based refillable mascara that is easier than ever to remove (no tugging of eyes and lashes). Our ultra-clean formulations have earned us global recognition.
